Dialstack

Terms of use

Last updated 4 November 2026.

By installing or using Dialstack you agree to these terms.

What Dialstack is

Dialstack is a tool that places calls from your own phone, through your own phone plan, to numbers on lists you import. It starts calling only after you tap Start or Call in a session, and a Pause button is always visible. Your carrier's normal call charges apply; Dialstack adds no per-minute cost.

Your responsibilities

Not legal advice

Information in the app and on this site is general and is not legal advice.

Free version and future plans

Dialstack is currently free with every feature unlocked. If paid plans are introduced later, price, trial length and how to cancel will be shown clearly before you pay, with a visible close button, a restore option and links to these terms and the privacy policy.

Your data

Your lead data stays on your phone as described in the privacy policy. Keep your own copies: you can export to CSV from Settings.

No warranty and limit of liability

Dialstack is provided "as is". Calls can fail or be mis-timed (for example because of network, carrier or phone-model differences). To the maximum extent permitted by law, BufferSol Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost leads or sales, or fines arising from your calling activity, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (which is zero while it is free).

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. Questions: buffersoltechnologies@gmail.com.
